1. Prior reservation is required for the redemption of gift certificate and is subjected to availability at the time of reservation.
2. Gift certificate serial number has to be quoted when making the reservation.
3. Gift certificate has to be presented during check-in at the hotel.
4. Gift certificate is not exchangeable for cash and excludes other miscellaneous costs unless specified.
5. Gift certificate may not be used with other promotional offers or special discount programmes.
6. The duration of stay on the gift certificate must be used consecutively and is not for separate consumption.
7. Gift certificate is non-transferable.
8. The management of Raffles Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. These certificates do not expire in California or other jurisdictions where expiration dates are prohibited
