Q: Can the gift certificates be used at any Raffles hotels and resorts?
A: Package gift certificate purchases for a particular hotel or resort are only redeemable at that location. To avoid any possible disappointment, we suggest that gift certificates are presented at the time of check-in.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: Payment can only be made online through our secured payment gateway. A confirmation email will be delivered upon success payment.
Q: How long does it take for a gift certificate to be delivered?
A: Delivery is within in 7 business days. Please note times do not account for weekends and public holidays.
Q: Can I purchase more than one gift certificate?
A: Yes, you can purchase multiple gift certificates for the same recipient. However, if you would like to purchase multiple gift certificates for multiple recipients, please complete separate order form. Alternatively, please contact our Gift Concierge.
Q: Does the full value of the gift certificate have to be redeemed at once?
A: Yes, the full offers of the gift certificate must be used consecutively during the duration of stay and is not for separate consumption. If the gift certificate is not completely utilized during the stay, the remaining offers will be forfeited.
Q: Do gift certificates have an the expiry date?
A: Raffles gift certificates are valid for one year except where local laws prevail.
Q: Can gift certificates be redeemed for cash?
A: Raffles gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and should be used for services at the designated Raffles hotel or resort.
Q: Can I return a gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Q: What do I do if my gift certificate is lost or stolen?
A: If the gift certificate is lost or stolen, please report it to our Gift Concierge.
Q: What happens if I find a gift certificate that I reported lost or stolen?
A: You can discard it as it will have been voided and the replacement certificate will have a new serial number.
Q: Why does my billing address appear under “Shipping Info” in the confirmation email?
